Preparation before operation
1. Clean the oil stains on the surface of each machine part.
2. Inject grease into each lubricating part.
3. Add L-HL46 hydraulic oil to the tank.
4. Ground the machine and turn on the power supply.
5. Before this machine leaves the factory, various valves have been adjusted and locked. Please do not adjust the handle at will to avoid abnormal machine operation, causing malfunctions and unnecessary losses.
Operating procedures
1. Turn on the power supply and turn the power switch next to the electrical cabinet to the "1" position.
2. Press the motor start button to start the main motor and check whether the rotation direction of the motor (coaxial with the oil pump) is consistent with the rotation direction on the oil pump nameplate. If they are not consistent, they should be corrected. After achieving consistency, stop the motor rotation and perform the following adjustments.
3. Rotate the handwheel according to the thickness of the sheared sheet material to adjust the blade gap. The gap value is shown in the sector scale on the left wall plate.
4. Adjust the backgauge distance according to the required length of the sheared plate.
5. Select the shearing function switch (such as single, continuous) as needed. When the width of the sheared sheet is less than the full stroke of the machine tool, segmented stroke shearing can be used. By adjusting the cutting time according to the width to be cut, the corresponding segmented stroke can be adjusted. Using segmented stroke shearing can improve production efficiency (after adjusting the required segmented stroke, you can also choose single or continuous shearing). When adjusting the segmented stroke, you can open a single empty car for adjustment.
6. After the above preparations are completed, you can start the motor and step on the foot switch to perform cutting work (for single cutting, the switch should be stepped on once each time, and for continuous cutting, the switch should be stepped on once).
7. When a fault occurs or needs to be stopped, just press the red emergency stop button.
After dry running test and load test, the working condition meets the machine specifications and can be put into normal work. If any abnormalities occur of shearing machine , they should be eliminated before normal work can be put into operation.
